Welcome to our website for 1st Steps Linedance for Absolute Beginners, Improvers and Intermediate dancers. We are based in Middlesex, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, with classes running in Pinner, Ruislip, Iver, Eastcote, Hillingdon and Wembley.
Linedancing is a great way to have a fantastic time and also keep fit. You can also meet people of all ages, from the young to the more mature dancer. You can come on your own or with friends.
Don’t worry if you have never danced before - that’s what our club is for. We teach all the basic steps in every beginners' class. Every dance is taught and walked through before it is danced, and we have even choreographed special dances to help you learn the steps. By coming to our classes you will improve your fitness levels and co-ordination. If you want to give your feet a rest, you can always sit, relax and enjoy the music and the fantastic, friendly atmosphere.
Many of our dancers have been with us right from our early days and have now progressed right through to the Intermediate classes where we keep bang up-to-date with the newest dances. Our aim is to dance for pleasure and we also teach the ‘Golden Oldies’ that are danced everywhere but are not taught!
