This was an amazing event enjoyed by just over 100 people. It was wonderful to see so many people putting on their sparkliest clothes for the Christmas atmosphere. We danced linedances, party dances, ate and drank the night away and this was a real fun event. In May 2007 we returned from The Cumberland Hotel in Eastbourne after what was described by one of our dancers, as a 3-day party. May Bank Holiday 2007 - Click here for photos of the line dance holiday Our Linedance holidays in Eastbourne are our own event but are open to all, therefore our dancers and teachers can choose the dances we wish to do, making the holiday tailor made. The hotel is excellent, the rooms well appointed, the food brilliant and the Socials each evening are fun from beginning to end. Even at the socials we had run throughs of the dances and we call the steps for each dance, which helps to keep people on the dance floor having fun. | 1st Steps Waltz Our dance, 1st Steps Waltz, choreographed by Vince, was chosen at the semi-final, to go through to the final of the Choreographer Competition run by Linedancer magazine. Unfortunately we didn't win the competition, but we are delighted how many teachers have taken the step sheet to teach 1st Steps Waltz to their own dancers.
